From Route 81 south take exit #42 (Adams Center), turn left onto Route # 177 and then right onto US Route 11 at the first traffic light. MacIlvennie & Brown Inc. is immediately after the South Jeff Plaza (Big M) on the corner of US Route 11 and North Adams Heights Road.

Take Interstate-81 north to exit #41. Turn left onto Route # 178 (West Church Street) at the end of the exit ramp. At the first traffic light, turn left on US Route 11 north. MacIlvennie & Brown Inc. is 1.1 miles on the right hand side on the corner of US Route 11 and North Adams Heights Road.
