From the South (Watertown)
From Interstate #81, take exit #45 (Bradley Street, Route #12) and proceed north on Route #12. You will come upon a caution light approximately 9 miles north of Watertown. Proceeding through the light, you should reach a hamlet called Depauville. Continuing north on Route 12 for five miles, you will reach Clayton, New York. After entering Clayton there will be a car dealership on your left and the Victorian Convenience Store on your right. Thousand Islands Agency is approximately 1,000 yards beyond these two landmarks on the right. If you reach a traffic light, you have gone too far.

From Alexandria Bay, proceed on Route #12 until you reach the second traffice traffic light in the village of Clayton. When you reach the traffic light make a left onto James Street. Thousand Islands Agency is approximately 1/3 of a mile after the light on the left just past Kinney's Drug Store.
