| Brendan is the newest member of Thousand Islands Agency joining the firm in August of 2007 and will be the third generation of ownership in the family business. Brendan started his insurance career with the Peerless Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Fortune 100 Boston based Liberty Mutual Group. While at Peerless Brendan held various positions in the Marketing and Underwriting Departments. Most recently, he was a Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager at the Syracuse Regional Office of Peerless Insurance managing over $70 million in commercial accounts domiciled in the states of New York & New Jersey.
Brendan holds a B.S. from SUNY Geneseo in Business Administration and an M.S. in Insurance Management from Boston University. He also holds the CPCU, CIC, AU, ARM and API professional designations in addition to holding various New York State insurance licenses. As the head of the Sales Department, Brendan is excited to have the opportunity to live in the North Country and assist local residents and businesses with their insurance needs.
