Heather joined Thousand Islands Agency in August 2002. She holds a New York State Insurance Broker's License and has completed certification as an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) for both personal and commercial insurance. In 2007, Heather completed her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation. | | Heather is a 1996 graduate of General Brown High School in Dexter, New York and is working toward her Associates Degree at Jefferson Community college. | | Heather has an initially shy quiet temperament but shows her friendly fun loving side as you get to know her over time.
She resides in Glen Park with her husband, Jason & their two children Kyle and Madalyn.
