Shawn has been a part of Thousand Islands Agency for more than seventeen years.
She obtained her New York State Broker's License in 1991 and has completed training for the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) certification for both personal and commercial insurance. She has also completed the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation. In 2002, Shawn achieved the insurance designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). |
| She is a graduate of Thousands Islands High School and Jefferson Community College and plans to pursue her life accident and health insurance license in the near future. |

| In her free time, Shawn enjoys camping, fishing, and water sports as well as being a parent volunteer for various school functions and community organizations. She also enjoys various hobbies including scrap booking and interior decorating. Shawn resides in Clayton with her husband, Mark and their two children Morgan and Dawson.
